CYLINDER EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
Program Responsibilities Our Responsibilities to You, Our Dealer1. To provide and install, in the designated area, the cylinder cabinet complete with signs and instruction labels. 2. To provide on a regular schedule, full cylinders of propane in exchange for the empty cylinders in the cabinet. Such a schedule to be coordinated so as to assure the retailer a constant supply of product. 3. To recertify and maintain all cylinders offered for exchange through the Gas Grill Exchange Program. 4. To maintain the exchange cabinet so that it remains functionally sound, vandal resistant and aesthetically attractive. 5. To assist the retailer in planning and execution of
the initial media advertising campaign.
2. To collect all transactions involving the exchange process. 3. For reasonable care in the handling of the exchange cylinders and cabinet. 4. To account for all cylinders delivered to, and signed for at one's location. 5. To use reasonable judgment in the acceptance of exchange cylinders, in that one will not accept for exchange a cylinder that:
